Alright, so if you were ever a dragonball fan, you have to watch this.

DRAGONBALL: EVOLUTION a.k.a. DRAGONBALL: OMGWHATHASAMERICADONETHISTIME?!

This has to be the most…gay, twisted, money-grabbing, interesting thing I’ve seen in a week. Excluding Boys Over Flowers<3. It’s hardcore, yes. VERY HARDCORE. But the storyline makes me cry.

So, in this…version? of Dragonball, Roshi teaches his adopted grandchild, Goku, who is white, how to do crazy ninja tricks and be awesome. Bulma, who…I don’t even know, does not look like Bulma because she’s fighting hardcore. Anyway. Piccolo is evil and wants the dragonballs to take over the whole world. Why you would want to rule over a bunch of smelly humans I have no idea, but whatever. So now Goku and Bulma race against Piccolo to find the dragonballs. And.

It saddens me. I’ve been waiting for one of these for a very long time, and now it’s all…Americanized.

Whatever! I’m excited to see a childhood show come to life on a big massive screen yay!

Alright, I have a confession. As a devoted fangirl who doesn’t have much time for posting, I decided to make time to vent this.

I desperately love my favorite artists, but now I feel very…jealous. BoA has recently become one of my favorite female artists. I love her passion, dedication, and outrageous talent. A couple of days ago however, I learned that she was to debut in the U.S.

Unexplainably, I am furious. A reason I admire the music from other countries outside of the U.S. is because it’s not all revolved around sex, drugs, being rediculously famous, or wanting to kill a cheating girlfriend/boyfriend. It’s about emotions and is always really really really REAL. Or really really really fun. Like Cooking? Cooking! That song is so RANDOM. You don’t get that here.

U.S. artists are so wrapped up in the material part of the world, it’s obnoxious. I don’t want BoA to come here and become slandered by people like Perez Hilton, or smashed by local radio stations, or uneducated people who don’t know any better.

And I’m very selfish because I don’t want my friends to hear her newer music and become hardcore fans who don’t appreciate her older music.

This recently started to bug me because I have a new friend at college who is a fan of DBSK, and likes their music, and knows their stagenames…but everytime I try to watch any videos of them with her, or documentaries, or music videos, or looking at pictures…the first comments out of her mouth are “ugh, why is this their style? Look at his hair! I hate this concept!” She is never satisfied and it bugs me. Can’t she see their beauty? Or just appreciate the music? And love them like I do?

I don’t want her to love BoA because I don’t want to hear those comments about someone I admire. I’m frightened of this debut. Really really really.

Alright, so Carol was randomly looking through her computer, and found an audio rip of this. And then made me listen to it. I just about died trying to hold in my rappid chuckling. Hee.

Ai wanna dweamm about dem, too. So enough rambling, let´s break it down for the hearing impaired!!

First up is about 30 seconds of music that doesn’t sound anything remotely close to the song they said we were listening to…

Yoochun: This boy was one of the best at pronouncing Engrish!! SO MUCH YAY!! I was impressed. Overall, he pronounced everything okay.

Yunho: Woohoo! Really good! Nothing hilarious about this part, so…he wins an award. A whole cupcake!!

Jaejoong: GO TO ENGLISH SCHOOL OMG PLEASE!! We can’t get married if you don’t… “wew onwly dweaming…”

Junsu: Please sit in the desk next to Jaejoong. “A dazzing pwace…” His “Crystal” was all right…but it was a bit…”cwear…”

Changmin: YAY WE CAN GET MARRIED NOW!!!!!! I am so dazzled!! er. DAZZED. he’s dazzing me. Baha. Junsu.

Also, please watch this video if you enjoy REALLY interesting dance moves. Lots of flowy twirling!! ~O~ <–That is Carol’s interpretation of their flaily dancing. And after Mickey and Minnie jazz-hand out to a dancy pop song, TOHOSHINKI comes out and doesn’t do much. Just allows the audience, for a few brief moments, to bask in their glory. It’s rather captivating. Watch.

See it started with a picture of Yoochun’s new cat…and Carol asked, “Why do fans even know that he has a new cat?…why?”

Soo I said “Maybe they make it up?”

And uh. Yeaaaah…cow.

My bestest friend, spazzbuddy, and confidant arrived back from Brasil in one peice! To celebrate, we sat around her house and bonded over boys who melt our hearts by butchering English!

I must admit, it was so much fun to goof off and freak out about the new haptic cf’s (btw, Jaejoong’s RED one was frightening…) that the boys made, and how finally! AMAZING Yoochun’s hair was in the Doushite music video, and searching for Heechul’s kitty…
I have work all day, and I sit in front of a computer and file documents. In effect, when I get home, the last thing in the world I want to do is sit in front of a computer and type. It’s very sad because I miss so much.
These past weeks, Carol has been below the equator visiting friends.
Usually she sends me updates on what’s happening in the K-pop world while I’m on the computer…
Since she hasn’t been here, I haven’t seen what’s been up. It’s been sad. And she came back, and we flailed over boys for four solid hours, and watched dramas, and ate junk food, and it was WONDERFUL! I missed my friend!
I hadn’t even been having any random dreams about them…it was like I was cut off from the world of pretty asians!!

I got on sometimes, but overall I’ve missed the world of fandom! Once school starts and I have more freetime, I will express my opinions of the universe more frequently.

I hope that day comes faster!!

Also, when I have more time, I’ll upload my (short) version of Doushite in ENGLISH yay. I’ve had it for a while, but never got the format to be awesome, so eventually, you can all criticize my lack of skills.

Since she’s come back from her vacation, I’ve been at her house watching Coffee Prince and Hana Yori Dango. For some reason, I feel like less of a dork when I watch those dvds with her than by myself.
We’ve also made another video.
